The Scandia Team
Production Planning & Technical Lead Ben earned his position through his deep knowledge of our manufacturing processes and his ability to turn his hand to any task. A talented craftsman and everyone’s go-to guy in the factory, Ben is also a big fan of tattoo art. When he’s not keeping production running smoothly, you can usually find him at his second home: the gym.
Billy is one of our Installers and has been with Scandia since 2017, mainly covering the London area for our customers. One of the biggest Spurs supporters around, Billy regularly heads to the big games in his spare time – and when he isn’t at the football, he’s at home with his three sons, who are keen footballers too.
Josh is one of our Factory Fabricators and has been with Scandia since 2020. A keen petrol head, Josh takes a real interest in cars in his spare time, which comes in very handy for the Scandia valeting team he is part of at weekends.
Karl is Scandia’s Door & Frame Supervisor and an incredible asset who has been with the company for over 30 years. When he isn’t working, Karl is a regular at the gym, a massive Michael Jackson fan, and a dedicated supporter of Spurs.
As our Factory Production & Quality Lead, Lee organises daily factory activity and coordinates the team and workflow. He is the final part of the production line, making sure every job is collated with the correct parts before giving the final sign-off, and he also provides production cover by creating drawings when required. Known around the factory as Mr. Tumble’s doppelgänger, Lee is a keen magician who loves impressing his colleagues with his latest tricks.
